– Free standard shipping: delivery within 5 working days (except remote areas)
RETURNS:
Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree 205/06, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product received, in compliance with the terms and conditions set out below.
The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated, within 15 days from the delivery date.
If the consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal for products purchased on www.beachbrasil.it/shop , he must make the return request by following the procedure indicated.
1) Communicate the will to make the return by writing an email to info@beachbrasil.it indicating the order number or the receipt number, items you wish to return and briefly explaining your request. The company will reply as soon as possible by providing all the necessary information.
2) The products must not have been used, washed, damaged or otherwise modified in their characteristics;
3) The unique identification label must not have been tampered with or removed in any way.
4) The products must be returned intact in their original packaging;
5) Multiple products belonging to the same order must be returned in one shipment;
6) Products must be returned within 96 hours of acceptance of the return to:

7) The return must be made with the courier indicated in the email sent by Labeach Srl since Labeach Srl will not accept responsibility for goods not received or damaged during shipping. For the receipt, the signature on the delivery document will prevail.
8) All costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer.
If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated in this paragraph, the refund will be made in the shortest possible time and in any case within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return. Labeach Srl fully refunds the price of the product (shipping costs and customs duties are not refundable). The refund will be made to the person who made the payment.
If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal, specified above, are not respected, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
